With a population of over 10 million, it's probably a good thing to have a well equipped and vast police force to protect and serve the community. Minneapolis already tried this and it didn't go so well and their population is 1/20 of the Los Angeles County. I doubt it would help the Los Angeles crime rates. BLUE LIVES MATTER!
